MCS is to be an organization of technical consulting in the field of satellite and wireless (cellular) telecommunications, which also potential expansion of energy services and environment related to information and consultation procedures.

Sinhaâ vision is to suitable services for the community and the public by these two agencies defined in the areas described as two pages before:

A preliminary version of the first web site (Geeta) is already in operation and is continually updated, the second site (MCS) is reconfigured to reflect its expanded mission.
