Collinsville would be the better of the two. The Caseyville location is in a unsafe area. From Collinsville you can hop right on HWY 70 straight to the ballpark.

My family is going to purchase annual passes to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim and we are planning to go very often (3 or 4 times a month). We live pretty close, but not close enough to drive to and from Disneyland in a day. Are there any cheap hotels that are right across the street that we can afford to stay at for 2 or 3 nights? There are some hotels that you can get really good deals at depending on when you make reservations and how many are staying. One that’s not bad at all is the Crowne Plaza in Garden Grove. It is a higher end hotel but has a really great price if you make reservations a bit in advance. There are also a lot of cheaper hotels like the Super 8 and stuff like that within the area. Its hard to tell someone hotels when you don’t know what they are looking for.

I would suggest you go to Google Maps (its one of the links across the top of the page when you go to www.google.com). Then, type “Disneyland Anaheim, CA” in the search box and search for it. There will be a scroll box on the left side of the page with a link that sayss “Search Nearby” in it. If you click on this link and type in “hotels” it will come up with a huge list of hotels and give you links to the hotel’s website as well as show you the prices and the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland. That way you can find a hotel that you like since there are so many!

I recommend staying in Indy and driving to Bloominton for the wedding (there is soo much in Indy), but if you have to stay in Bloomington, you could go to Lake Monroe and rent a pontoon or house boat.

Union Square is probably the best place to stay, because it is centrally located with lots of public transportation options and within walking distance of most of the tourist areas. There are lots of good restaurants, shops, theaters and clubs in the Union Square area. The downside being that parking in that area will be expensive as most hotels charge $ 25 or more for daily parking. You may also want to consider staying in the Marina as parking is free and you are near Cow Hollow and Chestnut street both of which draw lots of party folks to the bars and restaurants.

Joie de Vivre Hospitality has several hotels in the the city in different price points. The hotels closest to Union Square are the Rex, Adagio, Galleria Park, Petite Auberge, and White Swan. None are right on Union Square but all are within two blocks of it. You may also want to check out the Del Sol which is located between Cow Hollow and Chestnut Street just off Lombard.
