I have been looking for many hours for the best hotel in Niagara Falls and I have found a few resource websites http://www.canadianniagarahotels.com and http://www.niagarafallsniagarafalls.com these seem to be the most informative and my question is out of all the hotels listed on these websites which hotel would you recommend that we stay at. It seems as though the Embassy Suite is a popular choice and so is the Hilton.

They have this huge water park inside the firken hotel!! Awesome eh?

im aware of what youre talking about. its not really in the hotel, itsmore like ON it.. its pretty awesome. i have never been in the waterpark itself, but i can tell you that niagara falls has alot of things to do and your time there will be fun. its alot nicer to go in the spring or summer because you can actually walk around the touristy areas but theres lots of fun things to do.

He was the General Brock Hotel, and the first hotel opened its doors 1st July 1929. In the early morning hours of 13 October 1812, crossed a large American force of the Niagara River at Queenston Heights, a point about seven miles below the falls. Their goal was to capture this high and important piece of land on the Canadian side of river. General Brock was killed leading a charge against a middle position on the American side of the pitch.

The British and Canadians, with considerable help from many Native Americans, eventually won the battle, but admired the loss of Brock, a man was to pay a high price. His courage and his heroic death was a source of inspiration for the Canadians during the war. The Queenston Heights – site of the battle is now a large park with a monument in memory of the great Major-General Sir Isaac Brock dominated seen for miles around. This 190 feet high monument was completed in 1856, Brock has a statue of Brock at the top that people running and climbing stairs inside.
