Question: Health Insurance company that pays for lapband?
I am overweight and want to get the surgery done. I know I am within the weight limit recommended for it but it has not been recommended by a Dr yet. Also, with new insurance, how long is the wait before they will pay for any (minor) surgeries? I’ve been led to believe that lapband surgery is short and simple, go home same day.
What health insurance companies are “lapband” friendly and are likely to approve the procedure as not being overweight makes me less likely to develop obesity related diseases?

I wonce worked for a company that mailed out flyers saying you have won a trip to hawaii. call in. I worked in a phone room answering the incomming calls and tell the customer they were intered in a sweepstakes for 1000 in cash and that to complet it i need name and address and phone # salary information. then told them to get the package to hawaii they will have to take visit quality services that cant get items direct from the manufacture at cost and at the end of the visit they will receive the hawaiian vacation package any kind of online job like that out in the internet world that will pay for the information taken

The child support formula has an entry for medial health payment. In our case the father is providing the health insurance to the kids. The number he puts in, is it everything he pays? Or just the difference between paying for himself only vs paying for a family plan?

Should I take a shift at work that pays more for less days, or stick with full time so I still get benefits?

I work at a rehab center full time (on top of another partime job). Im being offered a shift called 3 for 4, which you work every friday, saturday, and sunday but get paid as if you worked four days since you work every weekend. However, I will lose my benefits as a full time employee(holiday pay, insurance, PTO, etc. ) Im mostly concerned about insurance, but Im pretty sure I can find an independent insurance for relatively cheap. The reason I want the 3for4 is because it would tremendously help my schedule with college and stuff, plus I’ll be making more money for much less work. Is it smart to swap over to 3for4 knowing I’ll lose insurance when I’ll just have to shell out for it independently?
