My two cruises along the Li River in Guilin and the Yangtze are the highlights of my vacation in fabulous 10 days China. My journey begins in Beijing. After 3 days traveling there and a wonderful dinner at Peking Duck, we fly to Guilin and rest at the hotel Fubo.

On arrival at Sandouping, we have a chance, a wonderful view of the draft platform to get to the observation. We also note the lock in five steps, the floodway, the dam under construction, and the plant.
