Which hotels in Temple Bar area, Dublin, Ireland are relatively quiet?

Which hotels are quiet enough that you could get a little sleep. It seems a lot of the hotels in the area are on busy streets, or are above noisy bars. Reasonably priced hotels please (not 4-star).

Does anyone know of some good honeymoon destinations that are relatively inexpensive?

My future wife and I are looking for some place to go for our honeymoon around the end of July. We are trying to stay in the states because passports are so hard to get right now. All answers are welcome, thanks.
