Question: New York City residents who act as tour guides?
I have heard that some locals in NYC act as volunteer tour guides and show people the real [non tourist] parts of the city.
Has anyone heard of them or know about what they do, where they go and how much it costs to use the service?

Services are completely FREE. There is a no-tipping policy.

Question: do yo think it unfair that UK residents have to pay for medical treatment in the USA they don’t in UK?
Have just returned from a five day trip to New York I had to spend a few hours in hospital due to a stomach bug. It cost $ 450 the treatment was first class – but isnt it unfair that if an American citizan falls ill whlst on holiday in the UK there treatment is free! Although I have adequete medical insurance which if I claim against shall penalise me for the future,Does anyone agree tht visitors to the UK should pay for their treatment as we do when in America – or that we should not

yea i think its unfair well i also think that it equals out with other expenses.
