Chicago, IL (BUSINESS WIRE) 11 October 2010

According to Richard G. Fonfría, JD Fonfría Law Group, LLC (http://www.chicagomoneylawyer.com), a leader in Illinois bankruptcy law firm and bailout, new rules now, the company’s debt to pay for more accurate and transparent about their services, is a step in the right direction. The new FTC rules mean that companies should now debt customers how much money will be paid for their services and the truth about the duration of the liquidation process.

The Federal Trade Commission, complaints against debt settlement company, citing unfair and deceptive practices have increased 18% between 2008 and 2009. The vast majority of consumers about the broken promises of debt settlement companies and hidden fees complained. In general, consumers have been led to expect better, easier and much faster to obtain results for the settlement company debt than they do. That is the problem in all states, but is particularly acute in Florida, California and other states that were hit hard by the collapse of the real estate market in recent years.

“Whereas companies debt would outrageous allegations without warning customers about the fee, or will make ahead of schedule,” said Fonfría. “These new rules go a long way in protecting consumers from unscrupulous business debt, the people in serious financial difficulties prey. However, these rules apply only to businesses that promote the debt settlement business by phone. Settlement company debt, working over the Internet or provides face-to-face meetings are by these rules. Consumers have to be careful. “

Later this month there is still more to help the financially troubled consumer debt debt settlement companies are. On 27 October, the Federal Trade Commission set new rules that ban companies to collect fees for debt cancellation in advance. Customers no longer have to pay in advance to these companies for their services. Payment is made only after the client’s debt was reduced or dissolved.

“Although these new rules will go a long way to reduce fraud and fraudulent practices of certain goods go debt settlement, consumers must still be careful in dealing with business debt,” says Fonfría. “If making money is always dishonest people, cheaters ready, the rules and attack people will bow to look hopeless debt. Consumers should do their homework before you sign a contract, in particular with a settlement company debt. A wealth of information available free from federal consumer protection agencies and local government Consumer Protection. consumers must be realistic about what can be done to solve their financial problems and understand that if someone offers you a quick fix, the well seems to be true, it is likely to be, “advises Fonfría .

The current rules for baggage

0

There are many different rules about what is and is not allowed on airlines. One thing to understand these rules particularly difficult to make, is that they change frequently. If you do not frequent travelers, it is difficult to understand what is allowed and what is not. make

Current Rules

To make your trip as easy as possible, here are some guidelines are traveling with hand luggage.

taking liquids, aerosols and gels. These objects in hand luggage allowed, but there are conditions for registration. Container must be capable of using materials, transporting three ounces or less of the product. Larger containers that three ounces or less are not allowed include, the container itself that size

know the rules. If you have any baby food or formula or breast milk, or medications that are affected by the method of x-ray would have to know that you have certain rights. They are also permitted to carry more than three ounces a few items such as baby food and medicines. If you suspect a reason that you can get a special treatment, it is to follow a specific procedure. Items must be declared and presented for additional controls during the security investigation.
Only pack what you need. The time limit of three ounces bear, is not much, if you need more liquids, aerosols or gels must be packed in your luggage must be

it all fits in

If you, as you know the items you intend to take during your travel pack, it is important to learn, how you can take. Many people prefer, so many concepts in their luggage as possible because they want to keep their bags with them. By removing the bags, they need to claim their bags later, and the fear of losing luggage.

Every business has its own requirements for hand luggage and it makes sense, with the airline that you use when you prepare to check in for your flight. If you at the airport with a bag that is too large or too heavy to bear arrive is, therefore, no time to go home to pack and check the bag. The standard size is 45 inches across the border. These measures include height, the greater the depth and length. The total may exceed 45 inches. The bag of the most popular size, this limit is met, 22 of 14 from 9

Each float bag has a weight limit too. Here too, each airline has its own rules, and vary from 20 to 45 pounds, depending on carrier. Also check before you pack. If you think you have the upper limit of what you can continue to check the bag before he got home. Simply weigh yourself, then weigh yourself again in your pocket. The difference is the weight of the bag.

The last question is, can continue as you are. Most airlines restrict carry-on luggage to one bag and one additional staff position. The agenda usually includes a personal handbag, briefcase or laptop bag. On flights that are not crowded, allow you to bring on additional items, but you should not rely on them if the packaging of your pocket. If you run on multiple items, good packaging. Consider fit in your laptop bag or your book or an umbrella, both of which are considered personal property, in your backpack, as an object handbag staff.

The rules for hand baggage are available for a reason. The main objective is the safety of passengers. Flammable liquids must not, either accidentally or intentionally, too many bags and lead to much additional weight in the plan. Even with the best intentions, it is often difficult to determine exactly what are the rules. Since the rules vary from airline to airline, it is important to the provider you use, if you have any questions check. By the time you arrive at the airport, it’s too late to make changes to your pockets. Do you know the rules in advance to avoid that additional stress or frustration through security.

www.howdini.com Even if you’re a frequent flier, it’s hard to keep up with the latest rules and regulations from the airlines. Ala cataloging rules and the International Conference on Cataloguing Experts

0

In response to the needs of large academic libraries in the early 1900s, the Anglo-American rules of 1908 (AA 1908) was created. It was the first time that the libraries in the United States and Great Britain met to produce a common code of cataloging. However, it was finally published in an American version and a UK version, because the two countries could not reach a complete agreement on every detail. In the 1930s, a general desire for a strong central cataloging has been expressed. In 1941, the date of completion of the ALA catalog was. Catalog Code Revision Committee proposed that work on the details and be more specific in order to promote greater cooperation between libraries. Andrew D. Osborn has written an article criticizing the review of retail. He felt that the ALA-1941 was designed by a proliferation of rules that was unnecessary.

The Library of Congress in 1946 published studies of cataloging: A report of the Library of Congress by the Director of the Department for processing, called for a cataloging code simplified. In addition, the LC system is not fully compatible with the rules of ALA-use rates, and because the card catalog of the LCD have been printed, there was a need for the library to publish its own rules for cataloging. In 1949, a definitive edition of cataloging rules was published called LC descriptions. ALA also publishes a series of cataloging rules in 1949 called the ALA Cataloging Rules for authors and subjects. ALA 1949 and LC 1949, a standard length for almost 18 years out of the AACR in 1967.

The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) held a meeting in 1961 of cataloging experts for greater cooperation between libraries in different countries to promote and support the exchange of bibliographic information. The Paris Principles was the result of this meeting, and has built a base of almost any cataloging code in the world today.

Seymour Lubetzky, author of cataloging rules and principles, expressed many concerns regarding the publication of 1949. His complaints were that the rules were unnecessarily long and confusing, and overlapping rules that were available. He argued that there is a lack of organization and logic design rules. Lubetzky was given command of the creation of a new series of codes in 1956, control of C. Spalding Sumner in 1962, was adopted. The code name of Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules, was published in 1967, with a host of mixed feelings. A great improvement over the code of 1949 was the logical organization and the fact that there is more emphasis on the conditions of the author with the kind of work. However, it was supposed to be insufficient compared to how non-books have been processed.

in 1966 took over several American libraries in a project for electronic versions of the catalog card production. The enormous burden of creating documents for the electronic catalog has been the fact that 16 libraries met at least share the work. Until 1968, about 50,000 documents created and sent to libraries participating as a pilot project. This was the first attempt, the automation of internal processes within the environment of the library, and libraries worldwide to 1972 began with the revised standard, MARC, Marc II as we know. Although Mark is not a cataloging code or system, it is a coding method, based on the outcome of cataloging. He played an important role in the cataloging of public and private institutions, and has been crucial to the success of international standardization. Marc is a worldwide success and is the basis for almost all automated bibliographic systems.

In the late 1960s, was a further step towards a stronger international agreement to come and was sponsored by the International Meeting Expert cataloging. A new format for bibliographic description has been requested, and the working group was established with the objectives considers relevant to their interests. Between 1974 and 1977, three papers have been published that specifically addresses the concerns expressed at the meeting. The first publication was entitled ISBD (M), for the International Standard Bibliographic Description for monographs was. The second and third were both published in 1977, with the titles of ISBD (S), which was held for the series and the ISBD (G), which was for the general. This final version is installed, which provide the framework for all types of media, working as a global standard. Since all work has been published, others ISBD items such as cartographic materials have been developed and printed music. In 1974, 1975 and 1976, chapters 6, 12 and 14 of the AACR have been revised during the respective years. Together, this code is called AACR cataloging, Chapter 6, 12 and 14, revised.

www. infowars. com That failed terrorist attack yesterday might make international flights a whole lot less enjoyable. Passengers are reporting that new restrictions are in place, and their severity varies flight-to-flight. Among the reports: No electronics allowed. These measures are designed to be unpredictable, so passengers should not expect to see the same thing everywhere. Due to the busy holiday travel season, both domestic and international travelers should allot extra time for check-in. Update: According to @charleneli, heres the situation: New flight rules Body search, no electronics apply only to intl flights to US. Just landed in ORD from Canada, missed connection Again, these are isolated incidents, and theres still no official word from TSA. But in certain instances, some passengers are reporting that electronics usage on inbound US flights is restricted. Well let you know if an official announcement comes. The New York Times is reporting that no one will be able to move from their seats during the last hour of flight. That means no bathroom breaks, no accessing carry-on luggage, nothing.
