My family has a two-bedroom time share unit at the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort in Hilton Head Island, SC, during prime season – August. We are looking to sell our unit. Does anyone have suggestions on how to best sell the unit?

The best way to sell any timeshare is to advertise.
Because timeshares rarely appreciate in value, they typically cannot be sold like traditional real estate where a listing agent takes proceeds from the sale.
Look for a advertising agency that provides as much exposure to potential buyers as possible and one that provides financing options and closing assistance.

Question: What are the restrictions on selling football tickets on eBay?
I have become interested in purchasing season football tickets (NCAA) and then reselling the ones I don’t care to attend. I know there are laws against scalping, yet it seems that people are selling for whatever price they want on eBay. I’m not so much wondering if this is a good business, but what laws must I follow in selling these tickets? For example, if I buy 2 USC gamecocks season tickets for $ 1000, can I then choose any price to sell the tickets I don’t want or do I have to sell them for what the University sells them for? Thanks for your help, ya’ll.

You cant sell tickets to a venue in the state you are located in for anything over the cost. So if you live in NY you can sell NJ Devils tickets for any amount, but you cannot sell Ranger tickets for anything over the cost. Hopefully that makes sense.

Question: Why do Lodges in Alaska insist on selling lodging/fishing packages to everyone who wants to vacation there?
I had the hardest time finding a Lodge in Alaska when I went there on vacation that would allow me to design my own vacation itenary, instead of being tied to the guides they require and all the activities they dictate. I am very happy with the Salmon Catcher Lodge, which allowed me to design my own activities.

Well, it’s nothing unusual. You can find this type of behavior at many other places, where they ‘force’ you to buy packages that you really don’t want. Why is this? Simply because they can earn much more with packages like that. Of course, it is also true that probably the majority of people are actually looking for such complete packages.
I have the same problem like you and it actually happened that I gave up on certain places and went somewhere else because I just couldn’t find a place where I could decide what to do.
I’d say, we’re the suffering minority here…

If someone can not go on a cruise that they bought tickets for, they also can not sell them here or anywhere. But what you can do is put those family members that want to go on a waiting list. Just call Princess cruises or ask your travel agent to do this asap. But, time is running out, so do this now.

Question: What is the best way to ship the golf bag I am selling?
The bag itself is not that heavy (app 5 lbs.) but the shipping quotes I have been getting are rediculous. It is a large bag (33.5 tall, 24 inches wide). Any suggestions on the best way to ship this? Where can I find a box for this, I am assuming it would save money to pack it myself?
Thanks for the answers. If I were to bag it or wrap it, who could deliver it for me?

You could try just putting it in a bag instead, like maybe an oversized, thick plastic one. That will cut the cost as boxes are heavier. If you still want to go with the box, just go to UPS and they will handle it for you.

may be real or scam. important thing is do not release boat until check totally clears bank..this may take 5-7days bank may cash it only to find a few days later it’s fake then your out boat n money
