Ben Shank Director of Food & Beverage Appointed to Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is the appointment of Ben Shank as director of food and beverage, dining room monitoring operations to the resort? Premium restaurants, Ferraro? s Ristorante e Bar and DUO, a steak and seafood, and premium food service and restaurant in town.


Mr. Shank

comes at Four Seasons Resort Maui at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara in North San Diego County, where he served as director of food and drink after joining the station as assistant director of food and beverages in 2007. Prior to joining the Four Seasons Resort Aviara, Mr. Shank the assistant food and beverage at the Four Seasons in New York.

Mr. Shank is a graduate of Pennsylvania State Universityâ? The couple has a daughter, Hunter, 2-1/2 years and a son, Brooks, 9 months. Mr. Shank is active in Penn State? S College of Health and Human Development? S Mentor Program and received the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Socialist? S Emerging Professional Award in 2005. Mr. Shank also attended the Australian International Hotel School, the Cornell University School affiliated hotel.
