its long, and it has a little square thing at the end, which has ridges in it that intersect with the ridges on the long part when you put the long part through the little box. when i put the long part through the box, it clicks, but then doesnt come back out!!! help!!! please!!!

Can an employer effectivly charge everyone for Medical insurance to cover only part of the employee base?
My company has decided instead of increasing the premium cost to the employees that have insurance, to deduct two days vacation from everyone to cover the increase in cost.
So those employees who do not even have insurance, are now paying for those who do.

Depends on what you mean by “effectively charging”.
Yes, the employer is absolutely allowed to eliminate two vacation days from everyone’s benefit. They aren’t required to give you ANY vacation days.

I am planning on taking my girlfriend to Disneyland, but we’re only 19 and I’ve seen most of the hotels state that you must be 21 to check-in…What are ways to get around this or what are some hotels without age restrictions?
The Howard Johnson hotel right behind Disney said that they allow guests 18+ to check in. I called today and was told that.

im pretty sure you can check into the disneyland resort at age 18. but if not, there are several hotels directly outside the park that im almost certain you could check into.

I know this chic who’s boyfriend paid for her and her family along with his family to go on a wedding cruise. the day before they left she went to walmart and stole some bathing suits. she got caught and walmart sent her to jail. she spent a week downtown. she didn’t get married. its sad but funny at the same time.

Question: Has Anyone Ever Taken One of Those Vacation Packages Where They Try To Sell A Timeshare?
Recently, I signed on for what seemed to be an excellent vacation package. Two nights stay at a Williamsburg, VA resort w/two adult tickets to Busch Gardens included – all for only $ 89. Additionally, they are claiming they will give me two more nights at another time – FREE of charge – to return.
Upon verifying this package, I realized it is a time share selling package. You get this rate – but you have to devote an hour and a half to them dragging you around the resort and attempting to sell you a timeshare in it. There’s no obligation to buy (supposedly) – but you have to at least take the tour and participate to get the rate and return package deal. The return trip doesn’t include the hour and a half tour again.
Has anyone ever done this? Did they make you sign anything? Is putting up with the tour and timeshare selling attempts worth it for the trip or is this a scam that will only inconvenience me and my family on our vacation?

When my DH and I were newlyweds, with limited budget, we use to do these 1 or 2 times a year. We were in locations we would have chosen to visit anyway, and the 2-3 hours (it generally takes this long, especially if you are not ready to make a purchase) didn’t seem too much of a sacrifice. We divided up the cost of room and any meals if they were offered, and figured it wasn’t a bad rate of hourly pay! Be warned, however, they can be very high pressure, and it all looks great while you are there. If you have little sales resistance, or are impulsive, you will walk away with a time share that may have a lot of hidden costs, and in the long run, doesn’t really save you much money. My husband and I decided in advance who would be “the bad guy” that would not agree, no matter HOW TEMPTING!

The Army base with Trippler hospital, I think the post is called Fort Shafter. Is it cheaper to stay there or off post lodging? I’m military by the way, but I will be on Oahu just for the weekend. Just need a cheap place to stay for the weekend, while I conduct my business. Thank you so much

The cheapest isn’t always the best. There are tons of affordable hotels in the Waikiki area. You will normally get more bang for your buck staying in a military room but it just depends on what area you want to be in.
