Question: Can citizens of China travel go to Taiwan without visa?
I heard that China citizens need visa to go to Hong Kong even for just 1 day even though Hong Kong is part of China. Do they also need visa going to Taiwan? Can Taiwan citizen travel to China or Hong Kong without visa? Any exceptions?

Yes Chinese need visa to go to Taiwan. The visa is not easy to get. There is a limit on how many Chinese can go to Taiwan in one day. Chinese has to go in a (tour) group to Taiwan. They can not go on an individual basis.

Question: How do I get Hotel Reservations for Schengen Visa Application?
Apparently I need hotel reservations for Schengen visa application…do I just call them to fax it over or can I get them e-mail it to me? And how long does it take? Who actually sends them to me, the hotel itself or an admin of the hotel? If so would they do it on the weekends?

The hotel should be able to confirm the booking via Email.
The printout of the email will suffice for the visa requirement.
If you made a reservation fee, get the proof for that too.
Hotels do not close over the weekends or on holidays, so you should get it immediately. And finally this is done by the Administration staff of the hotel.

I was told that if you are a US citizen or Canadian, you do not need any visa casue you are under the umberlla of Princess cruise line, other than that you need to check with your counsulate. He did and did not get any clear answer, does anyone know? Or is there any Australian friend took the Princess cruise and its St. Pertersburg excursion?

Yes he does.
Everybody does, EXCEPT when the passengers go on the shore excursions, in that case, Princess takes care of it.
I think only Serbians do not need a visa for Russia.
I stoped there often with ships and we didn’t need one, if we had a Seaman’s book, which is sort of an ID for crew members. Even the crewmembers who did not have one could not leave the ship.
For the excursions it’s ok, you don’t need one.

I know I need it being Russian with greencard but I heard if you go with cruise you don’t need it anymore?

hello,
as far as i know you don’t need visa if you are going on a cruise. ask your travel agent, he is responsible for supplying you with the information of that kind. if it’s a cruise,they should arrange the documents for the trip.

Question: Pregnant with tourist visa in USA without insurance and income?
I will be due in less than one month . I am currently on a tourist visa in the US staying with my sister and will be delivering at the hospital in the same town. Unfortunately I will not be able to pay as I have no insurance and am unemployed. Will all my hospital expenses be taken care by charity care ? I am under the impression that the hospital will not release my baby till I pay them the entire bill. Is this true ?

They can’t keep your baby from you. However, you will be required to pay the bills somehow. You don’t automatically get charity to pay for things. Maybe if you go find some charity group, but why can’t you go home and have your baby? If you’re from a country that pays for health care then that is what you should do. Or are you just trying to take advantage of the citizenship laws for your baby by having it here? Either way, you won’t be able to stay even if your baby can. Would you want to leave it here?

This is how you will get ripped off, it starts with a small sum of money,and once you have given this person a certain amount ? Worry not it will raise to some unforeseen happening to which of course you will respond. How do you think this person will buy a flight ticket ^^…..?The visa cost is 131 $ a passport at most = 100$ .
