Question: Where’s a good flight training school in New York to do a commercial rating at?
I’m thinking along the lines of accelerated flight training for a commercial rating. I’ve already got the theory down, so I’m not looking for a college course.

There’s great rafting places all over the United States, from the East to the Mid-West to the South and far West. Depends what kind of rafting you are looking for.
Rivers are rated on a scale of I to V (1 to 5) Class I being the easiest and mostly flat water and Class V being very challenging and for experience paddlers only. There is a Class VI but anything Class VI is un-runable.
Depends what area you live in, there’s something for everyone.
In Tennessee there is the Upper Pigeon River((I to IV), the Lower Pigeon River(I to III) and the Ocoee River (II to IV)
Depending on the difficultly of the river there are age restrictions.
In Pennsylvania where I am from we have the Lehigh River (Eastern PA), The Upper and Lower Youghiogheny River.( Western PA/ Western MD) The Lehigh has 3 different sections all varying from Class I to Class III and Lower Youghiogheny is a Class III+, IV while the Upper is Class V.
There are as well many rivers In Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina ect. All depends on location.
I recommend if it is the first time rafting and if there are children involved, I would go with a river that ranges from Class I to III.
Also keep in mind the age restrictions.

Where’s a Good, Reliable Website for Discount Airline Tickets?

I mean, besides Hotwire, Priceline, Travelocity, Orbitz, CheapTickets, and Expedia. They seem to all have the same prices right now. ($389 or $390 to go to Houston–except Priceline, which wants $410. )
And Cheapflights. com doesn’t work for me right now either, because they don’t have any deals on the days I want to travel.

Timeshare Deals – Where’s the Best Timeshare Vacation Deals are?

If you are using the timeshare, you already know that developers tend to the prices of timeshare through the roof. But there are definitely deals available. So, if you ask even where the best timeshare deals are, we take a look at some of your options here for buying timeshare resale. Timeshare Resales is definitely the best way to get a timeshare vacation a lot.
While you occasionally find owners advertising their timeshare in the real estate section of your local newspaper if you really want to get the best price, online is the best place to start your search. Of course, if you want to keep an eye on your newspaper that could find a good way, a timeshare owner to get rid of one another because they can not afford it can have more. Even if it is not a property you like, you might be able to sell it and take it online, that cash and put it in the direction of the place you really want!
But suppose this is too much effort, we take a look at where to find the time-share discounts online. Here are a few of my favorite places to scout for bargains.
Ebay
I picked up one timeshare on Ebay already and I am always in search of work around one another. I bought a Royal Holiday Club timeshare for $ 100 plus closing costs and transfer fees. After adding everything, I paid a total of $ 800 for a timeshare membership that many places in urban locations like New York City, San Diego, London and Paris covers. The original owner paid for probably twenty or even thirty thousand dollars for this timeshare, but I took it for a song.
So it is worthwhile in any case, Ebay shop, if you know what you are looking for. Just look to the contract sum, plus the other costs involved to ensure that you make a really good deal. I have seen some auctions that are not looked so, so hot after you add in closing costs, transfer fees and maintenance fees. Beware before any additional charges. This happens on occasion that some places suffer weather damage – such as hurricanes, etc.
Craigslist
Although I think the sellers on Ebay have to do a better understanding of the timeshare resale market as Craigslist sellers, this is largely because real estate tends to eBay sellers actually. If you see a timeshare ad at Craigslist, however, it is likely the owners sell their timeshares directly. Now often, the initial selling price is overinflated, but if you have an overview of the offers that interest you, keep it pays to keep in touch with the seller a month or so down the line and see if they are willing , the reality must be accepted yet. If they are, then you might be able to severe all acquisition costs for the sale of two of the search is doing due diligence to prevent yourself or a company, the closure will not charge you an arm and a leg.
Timeshare Owners Forum
Do you have a particular brand of timeshare you are interested in buying? Use your Google skills to find an owners forum, message board or mailing list for your favorite brand of timeshares. There are forums for WorldMark owners and forums for Hyatt owners and message boards for Disney Vacation Club owners. So around hotels. There is not a general time-share message boards, such as the TUG forum (Timeshare Users Group). Most timeshare forums is a Buy / Sell section on the boards so owners can sell or trade with one another. It is a good place for a really nice time-share, which may wind up never to be found on Ebay.
