Zurich Insurance were known as Eagle Star in Ireland up until a few months ago. They are one of the biggst insurers/investment companies in theworld. Their policies are sound and we have never had a problem with claims etc being paid out.

No insurer can refuse a claim unless they have good legal right too e.g the claim is fraudlent or you did not disclose all revelant facts to the policy (by non-disclosure or lying)
